1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- The customer must inform us within 24โ48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.
- Processing time: 5โ7 working days.
4. Replacement
- In case of defective or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
