1. Returns

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.
  • Processing time: 5โ€“7 working days.

4. Replacement

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping for Returns
